SUBJECT: Division & Variance - Samuel Betts -- 1945 Fagerneis Point Rd.
Mr. Samuel Betts is asking for a division of Lots 21T2-•25, (tlicv
are presently combined), into two lots. Parcel 4510 (Lots 21.22-?S)
is approximately 37,000 sq. ft. in a half -acre zone, The proposes.
division would be 123' from Linden Avenue and would create two lot:
of approximately -"A sa. ft. and 00 s . ft. The width of
the new building lot on agerness Point Ronwould more than exceed
the required lot width of 1001.
Approval of the division and variance seems reasonable since Parcel
4510 fronts on two streets, the new lot would meet the width
requirement and the lots are relatively close to the square foot
requirements.
