RN <br />TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Dexter Marston <br />DATE: ?larch 8, 1973 <br />SUBJECT: Division & Variance - Samuel Betts -- 1945 Fagerneis Point Rd. <br />Mr. Samuel Betts is asking for a division of Lots 21T2-•25, (tlicv <br />are presently combined), into two lots. Parcel 4510 (Lots 21.22-?S) <br />is approximately 37,000 sq. ft. in a half -acre zone, The proposes. <br />division would be 123' from Linden Avenue and would create two lot: <br />of approximately -"A sa. ft. and 00 s . ft. The width of <br />the new building lot on agerness Point Ronwould more than exceed <br />the required lot width of 1001. <br />Approval of the division and variance seems reasonable since Parcel <br />4510 fronts on two streets, the new lot would meet the width <br />requirement and the lots are relatively close to the square foot <br />requirements. <br />
