• RESOLUTION # 996
A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE VOID CERTAIN
OUTSTANDING CHECKS AT LEAST ONE YEAR OLD
WHEREAS, the General bank account has certain checks
which have not been charged to the City for a period of at
least one year, and;
WHEREAS, if any of these checks are presented for
payment it will be necessary to issue a replacement check at
that time,
NOW, THEREFORE BE
IT RESOLVED
that the following checks
be declared void, be removed
from the list of
outstanding checks,
and that they be receipted and
credited
to the
proper fund.
