HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 990E RESOLUTION #990 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #749, A JOINT RESOLUTION ESTAB- LISHING THE HENNEPIN COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATING COUNCIL WHEREAS, the parties, 29 political jurisdictions in County of Hennepin, recognized the need for Criminal Justice System plan- ning and coordination on a County wide basis; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the operational bylaws of the Hennepin County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, a copy of which proposed amendments is attached hereto, NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Orono agrees with the proposed amendment and requests the Hennepin County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council to adopt this amendment. B son, Clerk -Administrator PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO HENNEPIN COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATING COUNCIL OPERATIONAL BYLAWS Article IV. MEMBERSHIP Section 3. The motion for adoption of the proposed amendment was made bzy'Hopkins Chief Ovide LaBerge, seconded by District Court representative Ward Whalen and passed unanimously on October a, 1978, at a regular meeting of the HCCJCC.
