RELEASE FOR SALE

and moved its adoption:
offered the following Resolution
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has from time
to time received from the County of Hennepin lists of lands in said
municipality which became the property of the State of Minnesota,
for non-payment of past real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said lists have
heretofore been classified by the Board of County Commissioners of
Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -conservation land and the sale
thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County
Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a request to authorize
release for sale of one or more parcels of land described in said lists,
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting
pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by
said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described
in said lists as non -conservation land be and the same is hereby
approved, and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the
same is hereby approved, as follows:
Lot 16, Block 7, Minnetonka Summit Park
(District 38, Plat 42620, Parcel 3900)
Is approved for sale to the owner of adjacent lot 17 and lot 18,
Block 7, Minnetonka Summit Park, on the condition that all three
parcels subsequently be legally combined.for tax purposes as one
residential parcel.
The question was on the adoption of the Resolution and the
roll being called, there were 4 ayes and 0 nays, as follows:
