RESOLUTION NO. 986 <br />TAX FORFEIT L4t�IDS <br />RELEASE FOR SALE <br />Member Butler <br />and moved its adoption: <br />offered the following Resolution <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has from time <br />to time received from the County of Hennepin lists of lands in said <br />municipality which became the property of the State of Minnesota, <br />for non-payment of past real estate taxes; and <br />WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said lists have <br />heretofore been classified by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -conservation land and the sale <br />thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County <br />Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received a request to authorize <br />release for sale of one or more parcels of land described in said lists, <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by <br />said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described <br />in said lists as non -conservation land be and the same is hereby <br />approved, and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the <br />same is hereby approved, as follows: <br />Lot 16, Block 7, Minnetonka Summit Park <br />(District 38, Plat 42620, Parcel 3900) <br />Is approved for sale to the owner of adjacent lot 17 and lot 18, <br />Block 7, Minnetonka Summit Park, on the condition that all three <br />parcels subsequently be legally combined.for tax purposes as one <br />residential parcel. <br />The question was on the adoption of the Resolution and the <br />roll being called, there were 4 ayes and 0 nays, as follows: <br />Resolution adopted on'the 23 day of January , 197_. <br />ATTEST: <br />Walter R.
