Home My WebLink AboutResolution 9820 ..RESOLUTION NO. 982E CITY.OF ORONO FEE'SCHEDULE FOR 1979 WHEREAS, Ordinance 196 and 215 provide that all fees charged by the City for various services and applications be in the_ amount listed in the current "City Fee Schedule"; and WHEREAS, -the last review of fee amounts occurred on August 22, 1977; and WHEREAS, the fee amounts listed herein are established as the minimum amount required to cover the actual costs of the services provided, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of, the City of Orono hereby establishes the following City Fee_Schedule: ZONING APPLICATIONS Where multiple requests (such'as variance and conditional use permit) are made concerning one project., the total fee shall be the sum of the fees for each separate request. The Zoning Administrator may determine that an application is likely.to incur unusual additional costs for engineering or legal review in which case 32.653 requires the applicant to deposit such sum in a City escrow fund at the -time of the initial application. Any such charges are in addition to the application fee and will be drawn from the escrow account. Any such charges in excess of the escrow amount will be -billed to the.applicant according to 32.652. All fees are application fees and are non-refundable after staff work has begun on the application. If the applicable ordinance does. not provide for a specific `fee, the amount listed -in this fee schedule shall prevail. In connection with any permit or procedure described herein, application of ordinance provisions may require the payment of fees for -consultation with experts, professionals, or other•qualified=persons or for other matters which may result in -the imposition of.a fee greater.than that listed in this fee schedule.
