A RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR THE COLLECTION
OF C6';TS OF REMOVING DISEASED TREES FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota,
has enacted certain ordinances under Minnesota Statutes, therefore
pursuant to Chapter 1,1.1,,Orono City Code pertaining to abatement
of diseased trees on private property by the City of Orono and
assessment of costs incurred in so doing, the following properties
are charged with costs for diseased tree removal in the amounts
indicated.

1. Whereas, the City has obtained from the Hennepin County
Auditor levy number 7180 for the diseased tree removal costs.
• 2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax lists of the
County and further collect said assessments thereon in the
manner provided by law.
3. That eight percent (8/) be added to the amount due.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held September 26, 1978.
