HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 928I " 0 RESOLUTION NO 928 A RESOLUTION REAPPROVING A LOT DIVISION FOR LEO AND PERCY DUEHN WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and WHEREAS, on June 24, 1968, the Orono City Council approved a division of property for Percy Duehn; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the City Council approved lot division, Percy Duehn prepared and recorded with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office the attached Exhibit A. A Quit Claim Deed, dated March 18, 1969; and WHEREAS, the subject property division has never been properly recorded by the Hennepin County Finance Department, • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby reaffirms a lot division for Percy Duehn and hereby authorizes Leo Duehn to file and record with Hennepin County the metes and bounds descriptions of the resulting parcels as noted on the attached Exhibit B. a sketch prepared by Gordon Coffin, Land Surveyor, dated December 15, 1977.
