TOGETHER with a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egrees to dockage areas over that
part of Lot 31, Coffee's Addition to Shadywood, and over that part of Government Lot 3,
Section 17. Township 117 North, Range 23 hest of the 5th Principal Meridian. lying within
two fedron each side of the following described centerline;
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1, Maplegate Inlet; thence Southerly
along a segment of said Easterly line a distance of 43.86 feat to a point of curve in
said Easterly line; thence continuing Southerly along the Southerly extension of said
sem.ent a distance of 89 feet to the point of beginning of a line hereinafter described
as "line A% thence deflecting left 680 30' along said "Line A" to a point of intorsec-
tion with a line two feet Northwesterly of, and parallel with, a line hereinafter referred
to as "Line B", Raid "Line A" there ending, and said "Line B" being described as follows:
Cammancing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 31; thence North
along the East line of said Lot 31 a distance of 12 feet to the
point of beginning of a line hereinafter referred to as "Line C";
thence deflecting left 730 along said "Line C" a distance of 146
feet to a point, and said "Line C" there ending, said point of
ending of said "Line C" being also the point of beginning of said
ELine B"; thence deflecting right 900 along said "Line B" to its
intersection with the Southeasterly extension of said "Lin3 A",
and said "Line B" there ending.
thence Southwesterly parallel with said "Line B" and its Southwesterly extension to an
intersection with the Northwesterly extension of a line drawn two feat Southwesterly from,
and parallel with, said "Line C"; thence Southeasterly along said Northwesterly extension
and along said line so drawn, and its Southeasterly extension to the East line of the idest
eight feet of said Government Lot 3; thence South along said East line of the hest eight
feet to the South line of said Government Lot 3, and there ending;
Also that part of Lot 31 lying within two feet on each side of the Northwesterly extension
of said "Line A".
Including anleaslement for dockage purposes over the East 40 feet of the West 50 feet of
the South 20 feet of the North 80 feet of all that part of Government Lot 3, Section 17,
Township 117 North, Range 23 blest of the 5th Principal Maridian, lying South of the
Easterly extension of the South line of Lot 31, Coffee's Addition to Shadywood.
