Township 117 North, Range 23 hest of the 5th Principal Meridian. lying within <br />two fedron each side of the following described centerline; <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1, Maplegate Inlet; thence Southerly <br />along a segment of said Easterly line a distance of 43.86 feat to a point of curve in <br />said Easterly line; thence continuing Southerly along the Southerly extension of said <br />sem.ent a distance of 89 feet to the point of beginning of a line hereinafter described <br />as "line A% thence deflecting left 680 30' along said "Line A" to a point of intorsec- <br />tion with a line two feet Northwesterly of, and parallel with, a line hereinafter referred <br />to as "Line B", Raid "Line A" there ending, and said "Line B" being described as follows: <br />Cammancing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 31; thence North <br />along the East line of said Lot 31 a distance of 12 feet to the <br />point of beginning of a line hereinafter referred to as "Line C"; <br />thence deflecting left 730 along said "Line C" a distance of 146 <br />feet to a point, and said "Line C" there ending, said point of <br />ending of said "Line C" being also the point of beginning of said <br />ELine B"; thence deflecting right 900 along said "Line B" to its <br />intersection with the Southeasterly extension of said "Lin3 A", <br />and said "Line B" there ending. <br />thence Southwesterly parallel with said "Line B" and its Southwesterly extension to an <br />intersection with the Northwesterly extension of a line drawn two feat Southwesterly from, <br />and parallel with, said "Line C"; thence Southeasterly along said Northwesterly extension <br />and along said line so drawn, and its Southeasterly extension to the East line of the idest <br />eight feet of said Government Lot 3; thence South along said East line of the hest eight <br />feet to the South line of said Government Lot 3, and there ending; <br />Also that part of Lot 31 lying within two feet on each side of the Northwesterly extension <br />of said "Line A". <br />Including anleaslement for dockage purposes over the East 40 feet of the West 50 feet of <br />the South 20 feet of the North 80 feet of all that part of Government Lot 3, Section 17, <br />Township 117 North, Range 23 blest of the 5th Principal Maridian, lying South of the <br />Easterly extension of the South line of Lot 31, Coffee's Addition to Shadywood. <br />Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record, if any. <br />
