Hugh Rice and Ken -Luger of Navarre were present with reference to the poesibl
extension of Lyric Ave.to meet No.I9,as ref ered to in minutes c.' Apr 24th.
Ensr.M ills will make check of situation as to cost thereof and report later.
M.L.Nelpmed was present for purpose of raising the reighth of the Ferndale
Bridge from 8 to I0 inches on behalf of the interested property owners in tha
area.0ur Engr.estimates that the additional cost thereof would be $ 300.00 a
Council suggested tnat those interested s-gould be asked to assume this expens
and Mr.Melamed so notified for concurrence on or before 11ay 22,1961.

Atty.Newhall and Mr Fine submitted proposal for the acceptance ofagreement F.

Gladys I.Kirchnar and her Atty.,Jae.Taylor,presented proposal for acceptance

200--600,^ust S.Jo Vinson Additlon.Contractor Haberkorn will submit detailed Fls
to PIdg.Ineptr.Hanson for his approval and if approved by him Council a6r--ed
to a3cept the proposal submitted.
Ordinance No.29,regulating matters pertaining to intox1rating liquor and 3.2
beer,was approved on motion of Bagley,seconded by Scha.
Atty.Newhall was requested to submit an estimate of cost of preparing a code
ordinances for Council consideration at next meeting.
K.A.Cronstrom and Vincent Peterson again appeared with reference to Cases # 2
and 27 of Plar_ng.Com.re vacation of street and alleyways in Forest Lake Park
and Tonkaview Gardene.Carriea on docket subject to fu^ther consideration.
