RESOLUTION NO. 922
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT
FOR MICHAEL ANKENY AND WILLIAM NOLL
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development
of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for
a lot line rearrangement by Mr. Michael Ankeny and Mr. William Noll,
the subdividers; and
WHEREAS, William Noll owns Tract A, RLS 1349 (tax parcel
38-43160-4500) and Michael Ankeny (Edward Hamm) owns Tract B, RLS 1349
which is presently combined,-fo:r tax purposes with Lots 5 & 6 of Auditor's
Subdivision No. 307 and Lot 15, Block 12, Minnetonka Bluffs (all tax
parcel 38-41640-3115); and
• WHEREAS, the Subdividers wish to transfer ownership of
Tract B, RLS 1349 from Ankeny to Noll; and
WHEREAS, the proposed transfer requires a subdivision of
the previously combined Ankeny parcels; and
WHEREAS, the proposed transfer will occur along existing
platted property boundaries; and
WHEREAS, the proposed transfer will not create a new building
site; and
WHEREAS, the resulting Ankeny and Noll lots will each exceed
the zoning district minimum lot area requirements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Orono hereby approves the division of tax parcel 38-41640-3115
(Ankeny) consisting of the division of Tract B, RLS 1349 from the above
tax parcel subject to the following conditions:
1. Tract B, RLS 1349 shall be legally combined for tax
• purposes with Tract A, RLS 1349. ,

2. A certified original copy of this resolution shall be
filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office in
the chain of title of the Ankeny and the Noll properties,
on or before January 25, 1979.
The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the resolution
has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event, it
will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for
subdivision review.

Rearrangement for Michael Ankeny and William Noll
on file in the office of the City Clerk/Administrator, City
of Orono.
