STAFF REPORT: Mi. '-'avik has modified his request of one month ago. He is now
requesting a variance for his lot on Webb Street. The size of the lot Is 17,600
sq. ft. The lot meets the 100' width requirement for a RI-D zone. Since there
is a home both to the east and west of the lot in question, and despite the fact
that Mr. Slavik owns lot 18, it seems reasonable to grant his variance from the
lot area requirement since this lot is as big or begger than many lots on this
particular block, and since this plat existed before the present zoning ordin-
ance.
