Granting of the variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyMent of a substantial property right of the appli- k;agnt and to alleviate demonstrable hardship or difficulty and will not merely serve as a convenience to the applicant. Explain in detail. The lot, as it now exists, has a frontage of 26.8 feet on Fagerness Pt. Rd. and is 5-aided. We propose to split it equally with the adjoining lot which has 185 frontage on Fagerness Pt. Rd. and is 3-aided. If split as we propose, there will be two equal lots with a straight line from Fagerness Pt. Rd. to Webb Street, thus creating, we feel, two more practical lots with access s4 both roads on both lots. We would also fill in the existing driveway which now divides the two lots. sea i vu u on PaiMpgrizoaq ana c: renens a Plan: Granting the variance will not Impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent property, unreasonably increase the congeatibn.. in the public streets, increase the danger of fire, endanger the public safety, unreasonably diminish or impair established property values in this surrounding area, or in any other way impair health, safety, comfort, morals, or in any other respect be contrary to the intent of the Zoning Ordinance Fnd any applicable comprehensive plan.
