RESOLUTION NO. 920
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED COMMERCIAL
BUILDING ADDITION FOR TONKAWEST DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Orono has adopted certain zoning
regulations for the health, safety, welfare and orderly development
of land within Orono; and
WHEREAS, those regulations require specific City Council
approval of any commercial building or addition within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application
of TonkaWest Development for an addition to the existing office
building at 2477 Shadywood Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Orono hereby approves the plans for the addition subject
to the following:
1. City Engineer's approval and conditions for all
drainage controls.
2. Hennepin County Highway Department approval of
driveway location and design.
3. Conformity to all State Building Code requirements
and issuance of building permit by City Inspector.
4. Payment of one additional commercial water unit of
$870.00.
5. Payment of three additional sewer connection units
at $225.00/each for the sum of $675.00.
6. Legal combination for tax purposes of Tracts A & B
prior to issuance of the building permit.
