SUBJECT: Lot Size and Setback Variance - Jerry Stageberg - 1920 Fagerness
Point Road
Jerry Stageberg has made application for a variance on lot size and
front setback for the purpose of constructing a residence at 1920
Fagerness Point Road, Parcels 5610 & 5620, 7. F.eeY-ness
Mrs. Ron Peterson, former owner, made application for same last year
and was denied in December, 1969. Since the six months are up, a
variance can be legally applied for again. Conditions are the same as
last year. The property is serviced by sewer.
Remarket Parcel 5610 is 109000 sq. ft. parcel 5620 is 179500
sq. ft.9 however much of parcel 5620 is swamp.
Parcel 5610 is only 2* ft. above water level.
There is a real problem in having enough buildable
land. Possibly the planning commission did not
make a full study of this lot. Before approval,
we need to know how much fill is to be doneq
and how much is buildable now.
