Conditions of Issuance:
1. Maximum amount of fill authorized by this permit is 100
cubic yards total.
2. Property owner shall provide erosion controls as may be
deemed necessary upon inspection by the City.
3. No fill or grading is allowed within 5' of property
lines.
4. Fill shall be finish graded and seeded or sodded within
30 days from commencement of fill delivery to the site.
5. Fill is authorized only in the areas discussed with
staff.
