GRADING PERMIT - 1849 FAGERNESS POINT ROAD <br />Conditions of Issuance: <br />1. Maximum amount of fill authorized by this permit is 100 <br />cubic yards total. <br />2. Property owner shall provide erosion controls as may be <br />deemed necessary upon inspection by the City. <br />3. No fill or grading is allowed within 5' of property <br />lines. <br />4. Fill shall be finish graded and seeded or sodded within <br />30 days from commencement of fill delivery to the site. <br />5. Fill is authorized only in the areas discussed with <br />staff. <br />
