HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 9060 RESOLUTION NO. 906 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION FOR CONLEY BROOKS WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 884 approved the application for a subdivision plat by Conley Brooks, the sub- divider, subject to the recording of certain documents; and WHEREAS, Conley Brooks has duly filed in proper form and within the designated time all five of the documents described in Resolution No. 884 and therefore all of the conditions of Resolution No. 884 have been fulfilled; and WHEREAS, there was a discrepancy between the legal descrip- tions of West and Middle Tracts of the subdivided property attached to Resolution No. 884 as Exhibit B and the survey attached to said Resolution as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the legal descriptions on Exhibit A are correct and the legal descriptions on Exhibit B are incorrect; and WHEREAS, -the City Council for the City of Orono wishes to confirm that with respect to the property now correctly described on Exhibit B attached hereto, Conley Brooks has fulfilled all of the platting and subdividing requirements of the City of Orono. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Orono hereby unconditionally bounds subdivision as shown on Exhibit A on Exhibit B.
