NOTE:e law requires that e conditions set forthn the
following three items 14, 15, and 16 MUST be established
before a variance can be granted. Explain in detail after
each statement wherein your case conforms to the requirements.
Difficulties of Hardship to Owner. Strict application of
the provis ona o t e Zon ng rdinance would result in
peculiar and practical difficulties or exceptional or undue
hardship upon the owner of the lot in developing or using
such lot in a manner customary and legally permissible
within the zoning district in which said lot is located.
Granting of the variance is necessary for the preservation
and enjoyment of a substantial property right of the appli-
::,aRnt and to alleviate demonstrable hardship or difficulty
and will not merely serve as a convenience to the applicant.
Explain in detail.
I don't know that tYis can be considered a hardship. The problem is that I
bought a 15 H.P. tractor and attachments, and a composting machine. I have
no storeve space for them and I do not like to leave them outside, especially
in the winter. what I am trying to do is to level off, clean up and seed
the lot. The building would only be seven feel tall, made of sections of
3/8" plywood, bolted together for easy removal. It would be painted grey
so it would not be an eyesore.
I will be 81 years old this month so I doubt that I will bother you much
longe:^.

exceptional conditions of such lot) applying to the structures

or immediately adjoining property and do not apply generally
to other land or structures in the district in which said land
is located. Explain in detail.
