Strict application of the provis ona o t e Zon ng rdinance would result in peculiar and practical difficulties or exceptional or undue hardship upon the owner of the lot in developing or using such lot in a manner customary and legally permissible within the zoning district in which said lot is located. Granting of the variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right of the appli- ::,aRnt and to alleviate demonstrable hardship or difficulty and will not merely serve as a convenience to the applicant. Explain in detail. I don't know that tYis can be considered a hardship. The problem is that I bought a 15 H.P. tractor and attachments, and a composting machine. I have no storeve space for them and I do not like to leave them outside, especially in the winter. what I am trying to do is to level off, clean up and seed the lot. The building would only be seven feel tall, made of sections of 3/8" plywood, bolted together for easy removal. It would be painted grey so it would not be an eyesore. I will be 81 years old this month so I doubt that I will bother you much longe:^. .
