Dear Ron:
I talked to Bill Mills, the Village Engineer,.regarding
a reimbursement for extending the sewer hookup beyond
-the lot line at 2740 Ethel Avenue.
He contends that no consideration was ever given to
building on 50' lots in Orono, so unless homes were
already on the lots, one stub was left for every two
50' lots. Also, since you had to have a variance to
build on this lot you would be responsible for the
hookup. If you w�ah to discuss this directly with Um.
please call 473.9883.
In any event, as far as my department goes, no occupancy
' certificate can be issued until hookup assessment is
settled.
