SUBJECT: Buildability - Gust Torsfelt Lot - 2740 Ethel Avenue
Gust Torsfelt, owner of Lot 10, Block 2, Casco Heights, Plat 42020, 1"y
Parcel 1700, 2740 Ethel Avenue, is asking for approval of the above
as c. building lot. The lot has been in single separate ownership for
the past 30 years.
Dimensions are SO'X ISO, or 7500 square feet. The area is serviced by
Municipal sewer. There is a home on the property to the south. The
two lots to the north, owned by another party, are homeless.
There are a few homes in this area on 50, lots but the rest are
predominately 100, lots.
