They are the following: Mr. T. C. Dentin, contact to rear of my property, Lot D; Mr. Jack Hamlett, contact to my property B and who uses my road on property E; Mr. Richard Van Epes, contact to my property D on the right; Mr. Jon Scherven, contact to my property B in the far right corner and Mr. Kearn who owns the property to my left with easement over E for driving and B for boating and bathing. As I understand it will be built out of wood frame, open railing and open underneath the balcony. I understand it will be approximately three feet from the side yard line and will project stairway width, or four feet, in front of his house. Mr. Amundson and 1 have discussed this and I do agree that this would be allowable as far as we are concerned. The deck is a patio deck and to obtain the lake view when using it, it would have to be placed here. He has three neighbor's signatures that they have no objection to it.
