At the regularly scheduled October 21, 1982 meeting of the Board
of Managers, the subject permit application was reviewed along
with the following exhibits:
1. Permit application received September 30, 19b2.
2. Site Plan prepared by B. Niccum received September 30, 1982.
3. Revised cross section prepared by B. Niccum received October
4, 1982.
4. Letter of administrative authorization by the District
Engineer dated October 4, 1982.
The Board ratified the administrative action taken by the District
Engineer on October 4, 19b2.
This document is your permit from the MCWD. It is valid for one
(1) year. If construction is not complete within one (1) year, an
extension must be requested. Please contact the District at
473-4224 when the pro 0ect is about to commence so an inspector may
view the work in progress.
