Dear Mr. Hamlett:
Your request to use a public alley abutting your property was
relayed to the City Administrator, Dick Benson. He suggests you send
some sketch as to the problems involved in your present driveway and
showing the proposed use of the alley.
Mail this to the Building Department, who will inturn relay
it to the 1--gal Department to determine what legal liabilities could be
involved in this usage.
