RE: Legal Access to Gordon Nelson Property,

We seem to be missing each other with our phone contacts!
Hopefully this note will provide further clarification regarding
Mr. Nelson's access road.
The Public Works Department confirmed that it does not
maintain the existing access drive located within vacated Cak
Place that serves the Nelson property. In addition, they advise
that they have no intention of condemning an access and utility
easement for an existing sewer line located within vacated Oak
Place.
The City must receive a written response of ,your client's
position regarding Richard Johnson's offer to provide legal
access via his portion of vacated Oak Place.
