I contacted you back on or around May 22, 1990, in regard *o the
Gordon Nelson matter.
As I recall, you were going to check with the City Engineer to
see whether or not the City had any basis for claiming a
maintenance of the existing road serving the Nelson proper':y, in
that it had been maintained 3s a public road in excess or six
years. You thought gnat that might possibly be the case, and
that you could get support on that Dosition from the Engineering
Department or otherwise.
