while looking at nor property tax statement, I noticed in the
legal description that it included - adj 1/2 of Oak Place
vacated. I want to city hall to question this and found out
that what I have been using as a driveway for the last 23
years had been vacated;. rs ago. I was instructed to call
Mr. Don Deutsch at the Eiarmepin County Property Description
Office. He informed we the t the road was vacated on Sept. 24.,
1973, Resolution #509.
I don't understaxki how this can hapren. I knew nothing about
s.t and certainly would have been very concerned if I had. This
road lsids only to zW place. I have maintained and plowed it
for the past 23 years. without it I am land -locked.
iopefully this will not take too long to be corrected.
