SUBJECT: Variance - Gordon Nelson - 1310 Elmwood Avenue
Gordon Nelson, 1310 Elmwood Avenue, Lot 3, Block 6, Saga Hill,
Parcel 850, is asking for a variance to construct an additional
bedroom to his house. The present house was built S' from the
property line and he merely wishes to extend this for the addition,
the side setback remaining 51. He will bring his neighbors premission
and his fee in Monday night.
