RESOLUTION NO. 871
A RESOLUTION TO REDUCE WATER ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have approved the
Lehman Addition subdivision and residential uses thereof; and
WHEREAS, the property comprising this subdivision was originally
assessed the following amounts for water service; and

WHEREAS, based upon the.approved residential land use, the total
water special assessment would have been $6,722.20 ($8,093.90 - $6,722.20 =
$1,371.70); and
WHEREAS, the original assessments have been paid on Lots 9 and 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the water special assessments
on Lots 1 through 6 inclusive are hereby reduced to the following amounts
to be placed on Levy 5383:
