A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN LIQUOR STORE CHECKS UNCOLLECTIBLE,
REMOVING SAME FROM LIQUOR ACCOUNTS,
AND REFERRING THEM TO THE CITY ATTORNEY FOR APPROPRIATE ACTIONS
As of December 31, 1977, the City Council of the City
of Orono, Minnesota hereby declares the following liquor store
checks uncollectible, removing same from Liquor Accounts, and
refers them to the City Attorney for appropriate action.
