RESOLUTION # 860
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM SEWER OPERATING FUND TO P.I.R. FUND
WHEREAS, $50,000 was originally transferred from the
63-64LS-1 Construction Fund to Sewer Operating with the stipulati6n
that the Sewer Operating Fund reimburse the 63-64LS-1 Construction
Fund in accordance with Resolution #283, and
WHEREAS, the 63-64LS-1 and 65LS-1 were subsequently
consolidated into the P.I.R. Fund in accordance with Resolution
#343.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an installment
of $5,000 be transferred from the Sewer Operating Fund to the
P.I.R. Fund, effective December 31, 1977.
eAdopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting held December 12, 1977.
