This letter is written to provide you with an update of the
easement t=quisitions for Mr. & Mrs. Gordon Nelson. Three of the
four property owners have already granted easements. The
property owner at 1305 Elmwood Avenue, your neighbor to the
immediate east. has refused to grant an easement over the
existing driveway that intersects his portion of vacated Oak
Place.
In order to facilitate the vacation process, I have been
directed to ask if you would be willing to grant an access
easement over your portion of vacated Oak Place. The city would
appreciate a written response to this request at your earliest
convenience. Please feel free to call my office if you have any
questions concerning this matter.
