A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #420
WHICH ESTABLISHED WATER RATES FOR USERS
SERVED BY THE ORONO NAVARRE AREA WATER SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Orono that water for
the Navarre area water system shall be provided at the following
rate:
For all usage - $.90 per 1,000 gallons
Such charges shall be billed to all users on a quarterly
basis throughout the year based on actual water consumption
with a $7.20 minimum quarterly charge, representing water usage
of 8,000 gallons or less, per meter unit. Said rate will become
effective on January 1, 197$1, and will be reflected on the billing
for the quarter ending March 31, 1978.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held November 28, 1977.
