• RESOLUTION APPROVING A CM4ERCIAL
BUILDING ADDITION FOR FREVERT SND
HALL (TONKA WEST DEVELOPMENT)
WHEREAS, the City of Orono has adopted certain zoning regulations for the
health, safety, welfare and orderly development of land within Orono; and
WHEREAS, those regulations require specific City Council approval of any
commercial building or addition within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application of Frevert and
Hall (Tonka West Development) for an addition to the existing office building at
2477 Shadywood Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono
hereby approves the plans for the addition subject to the following:
1. Approval of the City Engineer of all drainage controls.
2. Approval of Hennepin County of the relocated driveway
access.
3. Conformity to all State Building Code requirements.
• 4. Payment of one additional commercial water unit of
$870.00.
S. Payment of three additional sewer connection units
($225) of $675.00.
Adopted by the Orono City Council at their regular meeting of November 14, 1977.
