RESOLUTION # 799
� A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR TANAGER LAKE BRIDGE
�aHEREAS plans for Hennepin County Project No. 7252 showing
proposed alignment, profiles, grades , and cross sections, together
with specifications and special provisions for the improvement of
County State Aid Highway No. 15 at Tanager Lake Bridge, within the
limits of the City of Orono as a State Aid Project, have been prepared
by the Hennepin County Highway Department and presented to the City
of Orono, and
«HEREAS the City of Orono re�uests the Hennepin County
Highway Department to present the Plans and Specifications to the
Engineer for the City of Orono for approval and that the construction
of the Tanager Lake Bridge be coordinated with the construction of
the Orono-Long Lake interceptor as one construction project in one
construction year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans , specifications,
permit, and special provisions be approved subject to the above
conditions.
• Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held June 27 , 1977.
