� A RESOLUTION APPROVING 'I�-IE REGISTERED Ll1ND SURVEY #
Wf-iEREAS, the City of Orono is a m�micipal corporatian� organized and
existing tuider the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
Wf�REAS, the City Co�cil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the
City; and
N�IEREAS, the City Cotmcil has considered the application for a sub-
division plat for Richard H. Breustedt;
NOW, TI-�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City CoLmcil of the City of
Orono hereby approves the plat for Richard H. Breustedt, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
subject to the following:
1. Payment of one water Lmit assessment in the amotmt of
$580.00 • -

2. Payment of one sewer assessment in the amowit of
$3,859.05.
3. Receipt of Parlc Dedica.tion Fee in the amoimt of
• $2,000.00
4. Title opinion addressed to the City. .
This resolution will expire an January 1, 1978, if the aforesaid divisio�n .
plat has not been filed with the Hennepin Cowity Recorder's Office. In that event,
it will be necessary to file a n�w applica.tion with the City of Orono for subdivision
approval.
