• A RES0I�JTION APPROVING WYATT'S ADDITION TO ORONO

Wf-iEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and .
�'VI-iEREA�S, the City Coi.mcil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe developsnent of Iand within the
City; and �
�'VHEREAS, the City Cowncil has considered the application for a sub-
division plat for Wyatt's Addition by Robert J, {�yatt;
NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Coimcil of the City of
Orono hereby approves the plat for Wyatt's AdditionrTo Orono;°Hennepin�Coimty, Minnesota;
subject to the following: ' � .
� 1. Receipt of the Park Dedication Fee in the amount of .
$500.00.
2. Title opinion addressed to the City.
This resolution will expire an January 1, 1978, if the aforesaid sub-
division plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office. In
that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono
• for subdivision approval.
