A RESOLUTION APPROVING KALLESTAD ACRES
Wf�REAS, the City of Orono is a mtmicipal corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of A7innesota; and
I�HIEREAS, the City Coi.mcil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the .
City; and •
• WHEREAS, the City CoLmcil has considered the application for a sub-
division plat for Kallestad Acres by James I�. Ka.11estad;
NO�V, �REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Orono hereby approves the plat for Kallestad Acres, Hennepin CoLmty, Minnesota;
subject to the following:
l. Receipt of the Park Dedication Fee i.n the amoLmt of '
$500.00.
- 2. Title opi.nion addressed to the City.
This resolution will expire on December 1, 1977, if the aforesaid sub-
• division plat has not been filed with the Hennepin Coimty Recorder's Office. In
that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono
for subdivision approval.
