RESOLUTIO�V APPROVING IVY ESTATES

ti�IEREAS, the City of Orono is a mi.micipal corporation organized and existing t.mder
the laws of the State of T•4innesota; and
Iv��REAS, the City Council of the City of Orano has adopted subdivision regulations
for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and
WI-IEREA.S, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivisian plat for
Kenneth R. Lantto and Allen Dubbeldee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby
approves the plat for Ivy Estates, Hennepin Colmty, r'Iinnesota, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Payment of the Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $1,133.00 (llo of the
market value of $10,300.00 - $566.50 per lot) .
2. Payment of Administrative costs in the amoimt of $220.00 (Attorney's Fee -
$125.00, Staff - �85.00, Title Insurance Corrq�any - $10.00) .
3. Council approval of Resolution for vacation and Resolution approving plat.
4. Recording of Resolution approving vacation.
• 5. Title opinion addressed to the City and approved by the City Attorney.
This resolution will expire on December 1, 1977, if the aforesaid subdivision plat
has not been filed with the Hennepin County Register of Deeds. In that event, it will
be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision approval.
