WATER ASSESSMENT DELETED FROM ASSESSMENT ROLL
WHEREAS, Plat 42740 - Parcel 4210 is tax exempt pro-
perty and has been offered for sale by the Tax �orfeit Land
Department of Hennepin County. Mr. Albin Pet�rson wishes to
purchase this property at a cost of $537.55, of this amount
$212.55 is to pay the assessments levied for sewer improvements
in 1966. There was a water improvement asses,�ment levied in
1971 against this property, which the City of Orono could add
to the purchase price in the amount �f $145.00 but Mr. Peterson
will not purchase the property if this assessment is levied
against the property.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, when Mr. Albin Peterson
combines Parcels 4235 and 4210 of Plat 42740 the City of Orono
will waive the water assessment Levy �5383 in the amount of
$145.00 from the assessment roll.
Adopted at a regular meeting of the C�ty of Orono Council on
