The following <br />Councilmembers were present: Mayor Butler, Council - <br />members Adams and Hammerel. Councilmembers Frahm and <br />Grabek were absent. City Administrator Benson was <br />absent. City Attorney Radio, City Engineer Cook, <br />Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson, Assistant Zoning <br />Administrator Gaff ron, Finance Director Kuehn, Police <br />Chief Kilbo, and Recorder Sutton represented the City <br />staff. <br />CRYSTAL RAY SEWER PROJECT <br />CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC <br />HEARING 7:00 - 9:14 PM Mayor Butler announced the continuation of the Crystal Bay <br />public hearing. Butler noted for the record a petition <br />that was received from the neighbors.
