MINUTES OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING HELD OCTOBER 15, 1984. PAGE 1 <br />ATTENDANCE 7:00 PM The Orono City Council met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Mayor Butler, Council - <br />members, Grabek, Adams and Hammerel. Councilmember <br />Frahm was absent. City Administrator Benson was <br />absent. City Attorney Radio was absent. Building <br />and Zoning Administrator Mabusth, Assistant Zoning <br />Administrator Gaffron, Public Works Coordinator <br />Gerhardson, Finance Director Kuehn, City Engineer <br />Cook, and Recorder Sutton represented the City staf f . <br />PUBLIC HEARING - <br />REVENUE SHARING <br />7:00 - 7:05 PM Mayor Butler announced that now was the time and place <br />for the public hearing to be held concerning the <br />Revenue Sharing. City Recorder Sutton noted the <br />affidavit of publication. There was no one present <br />from the audience for this public hearing. Mayor <br />Butler closed the public hearing at 7:05 p.m. <br />Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Adams seconded, to <br />approve the revenue sharing program's proposed uses. <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />CONSENT AGENDA* Councilmember Grabek moved, Councilmember hammerel <br />seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda* subject to <br />removing item M3 for discussion, with all staff <br />reports concerning these items reviewed at this <br />meeting to be attache-1 to the original copy of these <br />minutes on file in the City Clerk's office. Motion, <br />Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mayor Butler stated that under the Crystal Bay <br />discussion of the September 24, 1984, Council minutes <br />it should be noted that the Council did receive a <br />petition from the neighbors of the Crystal Bay area. <br />Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Grabek seconded, to <br />approve the September 24, 1984, Council minutes <br />subject to the addition noted above. Motion, Ayes <br />(4), Nays (0). <br />APPROVAI. OF ►,1NUTES* Councilmember Grabek moved, Councilmember Nammerel <br />seconded, to approve the minutes of the special budget <br />meeting held October 1, 1984. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays <br />(0). <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT REPORT Councilmember Grabek moved, Councilmember Adams <br />seconded, to take note of the October 1984 meeting <br />schedule and 1985 adopted budget of the I.MCD. Motion, <br />Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />COMMENTS Planning Commission member Kelley was present but had <br />no comments. <br />
