R�SOLUTION #778
A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE GIFT OF A RESUSCITATOR
IN THE NAI�'iE OF JAMES FRANKLIN
WHEREAS, Craig J. Palmer & Associates each year donates
a piece of rescue or first-aid equipment to a metropolitan police
department in the name of an officer, and
WHEREAS, this year, 1977, Craig J. Palmer and Associates
has selected an Orono officer, Sergeant James Franklin,as a recipient,
and �
� WHEREAS, the City of Orono Police Department has highly �
trained its officers in cardiopulmonary rescuscitation and needs a
new resuscitator.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono,
Minnesota accept the gift of a resuscitator in the name of James
• Franklin.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held May 9 , 1977.
