• .A RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE THE FIRST NATIONAL '
� BANK OF WAYZATA AS AN OFFICIAL CITY DEPOSITORY
WHEREAS, the City of Orono wishes to participate as
a member of the BankAmericard and Master Charge systems at the
Orono Municipal Liquor Store, and .
WHEREAS,� the First National Bank of Wayzata is the
designated correspondent bank of the BankAmericard and Master
Charge systems for this area;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the �City Council
of the City of Orono, Minnesota that the First National Bank�
of Wayzata be designated as an official City depository only
for the purpose of depositing all Orono Municipal Liquor Store
� sales charged on BankAmericard and Master Charge customer
accounts.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota �
at a regular meeting held May 9, 1977.
