• A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE OUT THE DUNWOODY SEWER
CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE P.I.R. FUND
WHEREAS, the P.I.R. Fund provided $50,000 to
establish the Dunwoody Construction 1971 LS-1 Fund on Feb-
ruary 28, 1972, and
WHEREAS, on September 25, 1972 Resolution �k460
provided for Special Assessments to be levied against the
benefited properties, and .
WHEREAS, on October 9, 1972 Resolution �k465 pro-
vided for a General Tax Levy on the unassessed portion of
Project 1971 LS-1, and
WHEREAS, Resolution �k343, which established the
P.I.R. Fund, provides that any P.I.R. Fund monies used to
finance a construction project must be reimbursed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City
• Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota:
� 1. That the Dunwoody Sewer Construction Fund
balance on March 31, 1977 of $31, 968. 18, be
transferred to the P.I.R. Fund, and also,
2. �That all future monies collected on Special
Assessment Levy ��5496 and General Tax Levy,
as per Resolution ��465, be credited to the �
P.I.R. Fund.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota
at a regular meeting held April 25, 1977.
