RESOLIITION # 770
A RESOLUTION TO' PLACE "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
BRIAR STREET BETWEEN PROSPECT AVENUE AND
NORTH SHORE DRIVE (COUNTY ROAD ,#51 )

WHEREAS, Center East of the Minnetonka Art Center,
at this time, cannot provide enough parking space for the
increased amount of cars using Center East, and
WHEREAS, The Orono Police Depart�nent has received
several complaints about a traffic hazard at this location.
NO W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City
Council does hereby authorize and instruct the Orono Public
Works DepartYnent to install "No Parking" signs on both sides
of Briar Street from Prospect Avenue to North Shore Drive
,
(County Road #51 ) .
