RESOLUTION N0. 769
s A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LEHMAN ADDITION
Wf�REAS, the City of Orono is a mmicipal corporation organized an�d existing
imder the laws of the State of Nlinnesota; and
Wf�REAS, the City Cotmcil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
and lations for the orderly, econamic and safe development of land within the City;
WHEREAS, the City Cauicil has cansidered. the application for a subdivision .
plat for the Lehman Additian by Edward T. Lehman;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Coimcil of the City of Orono
hereby approves the plat for the Lehman Addition, Hemiepin County, Minnesota, subject
� to the follawing:
1. Approval of the plat does not constitute approval of the locatio� of
any dwelling.
2. All pmposed dwelling loca.tions shall meet the minimwn 75' lakeshore
requirement.
3. Appropriate Park Dedicatioai Fee (total $3,086.00).
� 4. Final plat is same as preliminary which was previously approv�ed.
_ 5. All necessary easements. Conservatian easement over wetlands and any
oth�r easements that are deemed necessary.
b. Title opinian.
This resolution will expire October 1, 1977, if the aforesaid subdivisian
plat has not been filed with the Hermepin Cotmty Register of Deeds. In that event, it
will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivisian
approval.
