� A RESOLUTION EXEMPTING VILLAGE PROPERTY
FROM SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, at the time of the determination of the
City Council of the City of Orono of the total amounts of money
to be assessed in the proceedings of the improvement listed
below a certain parcel of land had been exempted, the nature
being City owned property and therefore not subject to
assessment.
The following Special Sewer Assessment to be exempt:
Delete from Tax Roll:
Plat 42460 - Parcel 3800 - Levy 5382 - $390.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that $390.00 special
sewer assessment be deleted from Levy 5382 for Plat 42460,
Parcel 3800.
Adopted by the City of Orono Council at a regular
meeting March 28, 1977.
